Meet Our Staff

Scott graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown with a B.A. in Finance. Upon graduation, Scott started his insurance career as an agent in 1991 for the Agency. He opened the Somerset office in 1993. Scott is a third-generation agent and specializes in commercial and farm/agribusiness insurance.

Scott and his wife reside in New Centerville and have two sons. He is actively involved with his church and various community events. He enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

Jason graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown with a B.A. in Accounting. He entered the insurance business in 1997 and held several roles in claims and sales for Nationwide Insurance. Jason moved back home in 2000 and started working for the Sechler Agency. As a third-generation agent, Jason specializes in commercial and farm/agribusiness insurance.

Jason and his wife have one daughter and reside in Rockwood. When not working, Jason enjoys coaching youth softball. He also enjoys hunting, golfing and spending time with his family.

Hollie graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in Education. She started working for the Agency in 2019. She holds her Property & Casualty License and specializes in personal lines insurance. Hollie lives in Rockwood with her husband, daughter and their Yorkie. She enjoys reading, spending time with family, helping her daughter’s swim team, and all things Disney.

Tammy graduated from Rockwood Area High School. She started with the Agency in 2004 and holds her Property & Casualty, Life, Accident & Health Licenses. Tammy is the office manager at the New Centerville office. She specializes in all commercial and brokerage business. She lives in New Centerville with her husband and has 2 grown daughters & 2 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with family, golfing, reading & traveling.

Jonathan is a Penn State graduate. He started with the Agency in 2016. He holds his Property & Casualty, Life, Accident & Health License along with the Series 6 & 63. Jonathan entered the insurance business in 1984 and has assisted clients with their life insurance, disability insurance, and retirement strategies since then. Jonathan and his wife reside on Yough Lake. They raised four children and are blessed with 9 grandchildren. He enjoys boating, fishing and outdoor activities, particularly with his grandchildren.

Joyce joined the staff at our Somerset Office in December of 2024 and successfully obtained her Property and Casualty License in February 2025.  She specializes in personal lines insurance. 

 As a life-long resident of Somerset County, she and her late husband were blessed to be the proud parents of 5 fabulous children.  Her blessings continue with 11 beautiful grandchildren calling her Grandma.  She is a member of Christ Casebeer Lutheran Church and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
